Working on behalf of the homeowners insurance company, we were employed to make this house habitable again following flood damage.

 

All walls on the ground floor were taken back to brick up to 1m
high, left to dry out and replastered, a new timber floor installed, a new kitchen, bathroom, internal carpentry,
flooring and full re decoration.

 

Externally we installed extra drainage around the property, removed
shrubbery and a retaining wall and extended the concrete drive to help with water run off.

The homeowners were among the first on this estate to be back into their home.
